A simple netweigh filler
designed
to fill dry
free-flowing
particulate type product into a variety of containers with "Bulk and
Dribble" fast and slow filling for accuracy.
OPERATIONS:
Product is fed to the
filler via a 24 inch square by 20 inch deep hopper with 68 inch infeed
height, and
a sliding gate discharge.
The hopper feeds a vibrating
even-feed pan
that
discharges to the weigh cell.
The 8 inch wide by 4 inch long
by 8.5 inch deep weigh
cell has a pneumatic-cylinder-operated bottom trap door that
drops
the product when the preset weight is achieved, through a discharge
funnel,
then closes so the next cycle can begin immediately.
This discharge
funnel
tapers to a 2.25 inch diameter opening at a 33 inch discharge height.
