...a VIATEC Perma-San OVS 348 gallon single wall vertical mix tank equipped with an ADMIX 132XP124 high shear mixer and Lightnin style prop mixer; allows for processing of various batch sizes and viscosities with rapid dispersion and emulsification of ingredients.

FEATURES:

Viatec Perma-San OVS vertical stainless steel tank:

44 inch diameter by 52 inch deep with sloped bottom.
348 gallon capacity.
2 inch diameter triclamp bottom outlet.
Butterfly valve with 4 inch triclamp bottom outlet.
CIP ball for ease of sanitation.
Hinged cover.
Five (5) 2 inch triclamp fitting infeed ports.

Admix Model 132XP124 High Speed-High Shear Batch Mixer:

Manufacturer recommended for up to 600 gallon batch sizes.
2300 gallons per minute flow rate.
10.2 inch diameter head.
10 HP 1760 rpm drive motor.

Sharpe Model FGP-250VF Prop Mixer:

Two (2) 15 inch propellers.
2 HP drive motor.

85 inch high infeed, 26 inch discharge height.
All food grade stainless steel construction.
208 / 230 / 460 volt 3 phase electrical input.
