...this Urschel Model RA-D CHEESE DICER is mechanically the same as the Model RA or RA-A dicer with minor variations to be manufacturer rated for USDA sanitary dairy product processing applications. As with the RA and RA-A models, this is a 3-dimensional fine dicing machine for a wide range of small to intermediate size dices and strip cuts for a variety of products such as cheeses, pickle relish, salsa, fruits, vegetables, processed meats & nuts, citrus peel, green peppers, pineapple, and for dicing ice-cream ingredients such as cookies and candies.
