...an Olney VIBRATING SHAKER, a vibratory shaker-grader feeder for grading, size sorting, fines removal, solids separation, water reclaim / dewatering, declumping and / or even-feeding downstream components.

FEATURES:

54 inch wide by 56 inch long vibrating conveyor bed:

4.25 inch high stainless steel sides.
Two (2) 54 inch wide by 28 inch long removable stainless steel water reclaim /separator screens, one after the other, each with 1/8 inch wide flat rods and 1/8 inch sieve openings running perpendicular to product flow.
2.5 inch long smooth solid discharge section.

Quick release clamps hold the screens, for easy, tool-less removal, replacement, and/or sanitation.
Full length stainless steel graded product or water collection pan with 6 inch center bottom outlet.
70.5 inch infeed height, 68.5 inch high discharge.
Heavy duty tubular stainless steel frame.
Vibratory action provided by 1.5 HP motor with Ajax eccentric drive.
Food grade sanitary stainless steel construction.
208 / 230 / 460 volt 3 phase electrical input.
