...Urschel Comitrol 1700 continuous food grade milling machine, manufacturer recommended (with cutting parts specific to application) for particle size reduction of free-flowing products for granulation, slurries, pastes, pates, bakery product reworks, comminuting, granulating, milling, flaking, slicing, liquefying, dispersing, emulsifying, etc.

Manufacturer recommends (with cutting parts specific to application) for peanut butter, chicken slurries, baby food, dehydrated potato flakes, fruit and vegetable pastes, horseradish and dressings, extruded products, textured vegetable protein, biscuits and cookies, nuts, fruit pulp, various spices, corn masa, hard cheeses, and a variety of gels, ointments, and creams.

FEATURES:

Set up with Urschel Comitrol CUTTING HEAD for which a variety of sizes of cut heads and impellers are available for a wide range of product applications, with cutting dimensions from .010 inch (254mm) up to 1.5 inch cuts from product up to 2.5 inches (63.5mm) in size. We also usually have Comitrol mills in stock with SLICING heads for slice cuts -or- MICROCUT heads for very small particle size cuts -- CALL 315-589-4511 to discuss your specific cutting specifications.
4 inch diameter pipe infeed (can optionally be fitted with a conical feed hopper for hopper feed applications).
Food grade USDA sanitary.
Stainless steel construction including support frame.
Complete oil mist lubrication system.

Stainless steel electrical control box with SAFETY INTERLOCK system.
460 volt 3 phase electrical input.
