A Midwestern GYRA-VIB SEPARATOR, Model MR48S8-8, for size grading of granular, particulate, and other solids, for powder sifting, fines removal, scalping, for separating solids from liquids in dewatering / wastewater recovery applications, in food process and other industrial process screening applications.

FEATURES:

48 inch diameter stainless steel screen, single 8 inch high stainless steel deck ring, over an 8 inch deep stainless steel bottom pan ring.
Each ring has an 8 inch diameter discharge spout.
Multiple deck configuration available for additional grades; --CALL ALARD at 315-589-4511 to discuss your food process screening, grading, dewatering, and/or solids separation needs.
Screen / sieve sizes and screen materials are available for order to buyer specification; CALL 315-589-4511 with your screen specs.
41 inch infeed height, 31 inch top ring discharge height, 22 inch bottom ring discharge height.
All food grade stainless steel construction screener, including stainless steel base and "table".
Bolt mounted lower frame assembly (to prevent frames from turning as can happen on conventional clamp mount systems).
Reversible center locking device capable of tensioning the screen mesh upward as well as downward.
Twelve .250 wire diameter 10-coil heavy duty springs.
Midwestern patented rotational system including two balance cages and weights. This balance cage system allows for easier access and rapid adjustment of weights without tools, controlling both amplitude and lead angle.
Internal direct drive motor 2.5 HP 208/230/460 volt 3 phase.
