...ALARD-Smith four (4) head semi-automatic cabbage coring machine for coleslaw, sauerkraut and other fresh-cut processing applications. A head of cabbage is manually placed core-side up on the rotating table as a hold-down lowers to secure it in place while the coring blade routes out the core. The cored cabbage head isthen ejected from the machine via the discharge.
