...a refurbished LOCK / METALCHEK Model Met 30+ food process stainless steel metal detector, on a stainless steel thru-conveyor, with belt-stop alarm reject. A food grade belt transfer metal detection system for food processing and/or other industrial process applications.

FEATURING:

11 inch high by 14 inch wide USABLE aperture.
Stainless steel metal detection head enclosure.
NEMA4 / IP65 digital operator control panel with 100 product presets.
Low frequency search head for optimal sensitivity for meats, sliced meats, bread, baked goods, yogurt, ice cream, cottage cheese, dairy products, fruits, and / or other wet, salty, and other high-product effect food products.
Sensitivity varies depending on product run, and frequency setting (determined by product characteristics), especially where wet, salty, or acidic products that are electrically conductive introduce "product effect" into the equation; --however this LARGE-opening metal detector has been tested at Alard for a sensitivity of 2.5mm ferrous, 2.5mm non ferrous, and 4mm stainless steel.
